Abednedju Giovano Warani Sangkaeng
Abednedju Giovano Warani Sangkaeng, MM, MMA, MMRS, MBA, is an accomplished HR and corporate leader with over 30 years of experience managing human capital across diverse industries, including steel manufacturing, healthcare, agribusiness, and fast-moving consumer goods. Having served as President Director and HR Director at top companies like PT Garuda Yamato Steel and Gunung Steel Group, he has spearheaded transformational initiatives that have driven organizational growth, corporate governance, and workforce development. Abednedju holds an MBA from Peking University Graduate School, a Master's in Management and Hospital Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan, a Master's in Agribusiness from Bogor Agricultural University, and a Bachelor's in Business Education from Jakarta State University. In Verum, Abednedju is leveraging his expertise in strategic HR, change management, and corporate transformation to support businesses in achieving sustainable success.
Calvin Widjaja
Calvin brings over 30 years of extensive experience working across multinational corporations, with assignments in Indonesia, Switzerland, and Greater China. He began his career in Information Systems, where he led a successful SAP implementation at Nestlé Indonesia. Transitioning to Supply Chain, Calvin spearheaded numerous key initiatives and transformations across Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Transportation, Order to Cash, Distribution Network Redesign, and LEAN Value Stream management. During his tenure at Nestlé, Calvin held key leadership positions, serving as Director of Nestlé Trading Indonesia and Supply Chain Director of Nestlé Indonesia. In addition to his full-time role, he also served as Vice Chairman/ Board of Director at Association of Priority Lane Company (APJP).Calvin also served as an Advisor for Strategic Operations at the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), Indonesia Sovereign Wealth Fund, where he focused on Value Creation and Business Transformation of INA's portfolio. Additionally, he actively mentors startup entrepreneurs through the Endeavor Mentoring Program. Calvin holds a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from IPMI International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University.

Firzie Firdaus is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services and legal consulting industries. With a strong foundation in international business law and certifications in risk governance and data protection, Firzie has built a reputation for navigating complex regulatory landscapes, leading corporate transformations, and driving compliance excellence. He has held senior leadership roles at global firms including Marsh McLennan, PT Central Asia Financial (Salim Group) and Thamrin Rachman Law Firm, where he spearheaded initiatives in MA, regulatory advisory, data privacy, and corporate governance. Firzie now advises clients on strategic legal matters, risk management, and regulatory compliance, helping businesses thrive in dynamic markets. Firzie holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Laws from Trisakti University. He is also a Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP) and Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO).
